By Car
From Derby, follow the A6 signposted Belper. Proceed over the roundabout with the Swan Sculptures and McDonalds and go through the next set of main traffic junction lights. Immediately after going through a set of pedestrian lights turn right onto Field Lane and then turn right into the pay and display car park. Parking charges are currently 40p for up to one hour, 50p for up to two hours. We would recommend using this car park rather than the CO-OP car park as it has a new system in place which can lead to an £80 fine... From the car park, go towards the back entrance of Somerfields Supermarket (and entrance to the railway station) and to the right is a lane, follow this a short distance and then turn right, pass the NatWest Bank, Boots and we are located to the left of the Wilkos Store on King Street.
By Bus
From Derby catch the Trent Barton 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 or 6.4 (Orange colour buses) from outside the old Police Station on Full Street. There is also the 6.X, 71 and Transpeak which pass through Belper. Buses stop depending on their destination either on King Street outside Somerfields, on King Street outside the shop (from Ripley, service 143) or on Bridge Street at the Bus Station or opposite the Lion Hotel.
By Rail
There is a service from Derby to Matlock run by East Midlands Connect Trains during daylight hours, please check with East Midlands Trains for running times. From Belper Railway Station proceed up the ramp and turn right, past Somerfield Supermarket and through the lane to the right. Turn right onto King Street.
