The Shop

We are a small, independently run business based in the historic market town of Belper, Derbyshire (Up in't th'ills). Established in 2006, we pride ourselves on offering a superb choice of semi-precious and silver jewellery for women, men and children alike (we don't like to leave anybody out).

Alongside our vast selection of semi-precious stones we offer a range of fused glass jewellery and some gorgeous individual pieces made using lampworked beads, acrylic and metals. We are also the sole local stockists of both Techniq Jewellery and Carrie Elspeth Handmade Jewellery (and we absolutely love both these ranges!).

There's more... we also have a wide selection of giftware including jewellery organisers, photo frames, scented candles (so many to choose from!), handbags and a yummy range of aromatherapy bath products that smell good enough to eat (please don't though. You will foam at the mouth).

Our products are sourced from all over the world - from the far flung climates of Southern Australia to the not-so-exotic climates of Duffield. We aim to bring you a second to none selection of top quality products at realistic and affordable prices. At Ginger we do not believe in being elitist and aim to cater for ALL tastes and budgets, visit us in Belper or at our online store and you're sure to find just what you're looking for.

Unlike so many shops today we believe quality, choice and a good atmosphere is vital. Our products are all painstakingly selected individually to ensure our beloved customers get a good deal...

We are always happy to see new and old customers alike and will gladly offer assistance with any request (okay, not any request. But we will advise, model, listen to your life story, etc.). If you catch us on a good day we might even dance too!
